I was working with my students one morning last week on Haiku poetry. We had a discussion about the form (5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables), and then did a quick example together. I decided we should write about my favorite little fern. You remember I put it in a collage for my Happy Green Day post.
I thought I would share it with you because it turned out very nice.
