I hate to say it, but I’m almost ready for a bit cooler, more moody weather. I know most people out there will be horrified, but I always seem to prefer a slightly shorter season than what nature provides. I’m not sure if I get bored, or I’m easily distracted and am therefore ready to move onto the next step more quickly than most. That could also be what fuels my procrastination, believe it or not. I’ve always been good at starting things, but not finishing. Like a little kid at the aquarium, I’m running between the exhibits instead of taking my time and actually enjoying the moment or properly follow through. Hmm, I’m not sure I like where this is going, perhaps I’ve just discovered a new goal. Definitely something to think about… But in the meantime, don’t you like my pretty new scarf?
COLOURlovers palette – Winter Gray Scarf: oblivion, Slate, Silver Chiffon, Geisha-Pale, & pezza_vecchia
What is with me, I’m really developing an obsession with gray, white, and a bit of black. Remember these items from my July shopping trip? I was looking for a scarf all summer and I finally found it. I can’t tell you who made it because there isn’t a label, but it was on sale, so I pounced.
I found another one too, I’ll show you it in a few days.

love grey love scarfs…great combo!
not sure I am commenting in the right spot???
I love the scarf! And the outfits
I bought a few scarves in Chinatown in San Francisco- can’t wait to wear them with a plain long sleeve tee! All I need are some fabulous riding boots
Me too, but I think I’m too warm blooded for riding boots. Love the look though.
Maybe the gray days of fall will inspire you to use some bright colours.
Don’t worry there will be colour in the next post.
love the scarf!! Bought a gray scarf myself a few weeks ago and can’t wait to wear it. Mine is a solid light gray but it is gathered and has some cute button details. Reading your post made me think that you were describing me…LOL!
That’s awesome, thanks for your comment. The scarf sounds lovely and will look great with your new bracelet.
